Team and role overview

Product strategy and analysis

• Research market trends, customer demands, unmet needs, jobs to be done, and customer feedback.
• Partner across Evernorth product teams and functions to develop coordinated solutions and new product concepts.
• Develop business cases by articulating strategy, identifying monetization levers, sizing opportunities, and evaluating feasibility.
• Use reporting tools, including the Analyst tool, to analyze formularies, drug lists, clinical data, and financial models.
• Analyze claims utilization and volume, margins, trends, indications, drug-level market share, channel management, patient behavior, benchmarks, and KPIs.
• Translate analysis into product solutions, identify gaps, design features, and develop concepts and prototypes.
• Visualize findings with graphs, charts, reports, and other tools.
• Manage initiatives to meet milestones and deliver solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in healthcare or the PBM industry.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree or MBA is desirable.
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning, program management, and regulated markets such as Medicare or Medicaid.
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to break complex problems into parts, evaluate data, and drive action that creates value.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a structured approach to diagnosing problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing solutions.

Remote work conditions

• For occasional or permanent work from home, internet service must be cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
