Product and delivery responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, objectives, priorities, and roadmaps; translate business, customer, and market needs into requirements and specifications.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog; create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support sprint commitments, coach teams on Agile practices, and remove or escalate delivery blockers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, validate requirements, and review completed features against business and quality expectations.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, customer satisfaction, KPIs, and Agile delivery metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain roadmaps, release plans, sprint goals, schedules, and release communications; identify and report risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Encourage transparency, collaboration, accountability, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement; align initiatives with organizational strategy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Agile delivery professional.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, product development, iterative delivery, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and interpret product analytics, KPIs, user feedback, and delivery metrics.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience in digital products, software development, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or technology environments is advantageous.
- CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or equivalent certification is advantageous; experience with multiple products, teams, or complex stakeholder environments is a plus.
