Product ownership work
- Manage card issuance, activation, servicing, transactions, and mobile and digital banking card journeys for the Cards opening.
- Support payment processing, transaction tracking, and customer journeys for the Payments opening.
- Own product roadmaps and support AI governance, controls, and model monitoring for the Financial Services (AI) opening.
- Manage product backlogs and user stories and support Agile delivery.
Shared requirements
- Strong Product Owner experience and a banking or digital banking background are required.
- Agile/Scrum expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to work in fast-paced digital transformation environments.
Opening-specific qualifications
- Cards: 12+ years of banking or digital banking experience; expertise in debit and credit cards.
- Payments: banking or financial services background; experience with domestic and international payments, SARIE, SADAD, or instant payments.
- Financial Services (AI): Product Owner experience in banking or financial services; exposure to AI/ML-driven products and digital transformation.
