We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital product requirements and prioritizing them to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
The Product Owner will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to translate strategic vision into clear, actionable requirements while maximizing product value and continuously enhancing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business goals.
- Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear User Stories and product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding and successful implementation of requirements.
- Participate in Sprint Planning and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective product delivery.
- Review and approve deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital products and services in line with market needs and customer expectations.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Ownership.
- Previous experience in FinTech, digital payments, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
