Product Owner, Reservations

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize sprint backlogs for AI and automation products.
• Translate goals, business needs, and user feedback into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Write and refine stories, clarifying functionality, user value, dependencies, and definition of done.
• Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and demos, and retrospectives.
• Work with product managers, stakeholders, designers, analysts, and technology teams to clarify needs and validate solutions.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and quality data; use findings to prioritize continuous improvement.
• Develop tactical plans supporting employee safety and wellbeing.

Minimum qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused role in an agile environment.
• Experience writing and refining features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for digital products.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices, backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to turn evolving needs into build-ready requirements and make timely delivery decisions.
• Ability to collaborate directly with development teams, resolve questions, and accept work against defined criteria.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to use data to support prioritization.
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to connect product vision to measurable outcomes using customer insights, operational data, feasibility, and value.
• Experience with product OKRs, KPIs, value-realization measures, or metrics strategy.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, conversational AI, or emerging digital capabilities.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools; experience with digital.ai Agility/VersionOne, Aha!, Jira, programming, or software development.
