- Role & responsibilities:
- Previously working experience in Agile as Product Owner.
- Product owner certification from Scrum alliance (good to have).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Owner.
- Previously working experience in retail banking or fintech experience.
- Familiar with retail banking related terminologies and process.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft tools like Excel, Powerpoint.
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and in a multitasking environment.
- Innovative and has ability to think out of the box.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills relying on full set of quantitative & qualitative data.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred candidate profile:
- Product roadmap and prioritization.
- User centric design and Usability.
- Continuous Improvement and adaptation.
