Responsibilities

• Define and maintain customer-focused epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Align backlog prioritization and sprint planning with product strategy, release goals, and roadmap.
• Translate complex requirements into scoped work items with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Own backlog refinement and sprint readiness; clarify priorities, scope, dependencies, and blockers for delivery teams.
• Monitor delivery outcomes using telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback.
• Manage risks and dependencies that could affect timely delivery.
• Promote agile practices and a platform-first mindset; keep the backlog visible and ready for execution.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership or a related product delivery role in Agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with AEC, BIM, and related design, asset data, and lifecycle workflows.
• Experience managing or prioritizing a product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering with engineering through delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS and working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value in prioritization and scope decisions.

Preferred qualifications

• Understanding of data management and governance, including metadata and information governance.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience with platform- or API-first product development.
• Experience delivering scalable SaaS or platform capabilities and improving them through feedback, telemetry, and iterative delivery.

Salary transparency

• For Canada-based roles, the stated starting base salary range is CAD 104,000 to CAD 151,800; offers depend on experience and geographic location and may exceed the range.
• Compensation may also include annual cash bonuses, sales commissions where applicable, stock grants, and benefits.
