Product Marketing Specialist

The Role

Responsibilities

• Analyse pricing, packaging, SKU, and product data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
• Build recurring reports and dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis for pricing performance and strategic decisions.
• Maintain product, SKU, packaging, and pricing information across internal systems.
• Coordinate updates across Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Sales Operations.
• Maintain pricing information in Salesforce and support custom quotes in the CPQ system.
• Support pricing and packaging initiatives through research, analysis, implementation, and post-launch monitoring.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, reporting efficiency, insight generation, and process scalability.

What You Bring

• Experience in product marketing, business analysis, commercial operations, sales operations, product operations, or a related field, ideally 2–4 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organisational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently with global teams, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfort using AI-assisted workflows is expected.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technology, finance, or pricing is a plus.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Successful candidates must clear a background check upon hire.
