The Role

We’re hiring the person who will own how Stake is understood in the market.

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic brain between what Stake builds and how the world hears about it.

You will support the development and execution of product marketing strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.

You own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing features, and you make sure every team (product, content, social, creative, growth, sales) is telling the same story with the same conviction.

We are looking for a naturally user centric and creative, data-driven marketer passionate about real estate, fintech, and storytelling!

You’ll work directly with the Marketing, Growth and Product teams.

What you’ll do:

Product Messaging & Positioning

  • Own and lead the development of compelling messaging and value propositions across Stake's product lines and features
  • Define and maintain positioning frameworks that clearly differentiate Stake in the market, addressing customer pain points and competitive dynamics
  • Develop and govern positioning statements, messaging frameworks, and product narratives tailored to target personas, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and core product features across Stake's product lines
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Growth, and Product teams to build and evolve launch campaigns and go-to-market playbooks
  • Own post-launch retrospectives, synthesizing performance data into actionable insights that continuously sharpen Stake's GTM approach

Lifecycle Marketing & Comms

  • Own the strategy of lifecycle marketing programs
  • Set the standard for copy and messaging quality across lifecycle campaigns and broadcast communications, with a strong editorial voice
  • Define success metrics for lifecycle campaigns and lead performance reviews, translating data into strategic improvements

Product Discovery & Market Research

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives — including user interviews, surveys, and review analysis — to surface unmet needs and inform product strategy
  • Partner with Stake's Data and Product teams to build a continuous insights engine, leveraging product analytics and A/B testing to drive evidence-based decisions
  • Own competitive intelligence, tracking market trends, emerging threats, and whitespace opportunities to inform positioning and roadmap priorities
  • Define and maintain Stake's ideal customer personas, serving as the internal authority on customer segmentation and user behavior

Sales Enablement

  • Drive the development of a comprehensive sales enablement program, including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battle cards, and training sessions
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Commercial teams, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively communicate Stake's value proposition
  • 👀 What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, growth marketing, brand marketing or other related area within marketing for a B2C fintech, technology company or other start up
  • Excellent fluency in English, with strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a scrappy and proactive approach, showcasing a proven track record as a self-starter
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, including strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and metrics-driven performance analysis
  • Able to synthesize complex product features into clear, compelling messaging
  • Hands-on experience in conducting user interviews, setting up surveys and usability tests, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging
  • Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and analytics tools is preferred
  • AI-savvy — already using AI for research, analysis, content drafting, image generation, workflow automation. Tool-agnostic; what matters is the instinct to find and adopt before being told to
  • Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate here
