Role Profile

• Lead GTM strategy for SHARE shopping products, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and retail events.
• Translate shopper insights into actionable value propositions and marketing narratives
• Own the product marketing roadmap, prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact on engagement and revenue.
• Align campaigns and initiatives across Product, CRM, Creative, Paid Media, and Business Units.
• Drive execution of cross-channel campaigns including in-app, onsite, and lifecycle journeys.
• Measure performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for improved commercial outcomes.
• Build compelling internal storytelling, decks, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to ensure alignment and executi
• on.

ENTS

• Strong experience in Product Marketing, GTM strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution in Retail, Grocery, Fashion, FMCG, or loyalty-based products.
• Expertise in shopper insight, customer value proposition (CVP), positioning, and lifecycle/funnel optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills, including working with senior retail leaders
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data, measure performance, and optimize campai
• gns.
