Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives.
This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer retention.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies, user onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Coordinate with sales, product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product introductions.
- Design and implement onboarding experiences that facilitate user understanding and engagement with our products.
- Utilise in-app messaging, tutorials, and other tools to guide users through product features and benefits.
- Monitor user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving customer retention.
- Develop campaigns aimed at upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, enhancing their overall value.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics software).
- Experience with product-led growth strategies.
- Familiarity with user onboarding tools and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
