Product Manager - Workers

Lead product discovery and gather client-facing requirements directly and autonomously.

Translate client and business needs into product strategy and quarterly roadmap priorities.

Own and maintain a roadmap shared with multiple stakeholders across the product organization.

Manage the product backlog, write stories, and create supporting requirements documentation.

Attend stand-ups and recurring Scrum meetings and participate in early-stage refinement for quarterly epics.

Partner with Engineering Managers on quarterly planning and remain involved in user acceptance testing.

Build clear product requirements and documentation for Sales and Client Success teams.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Client Success, and clients to address technical debt, features, and enhancements.

Familiarity leading product discovery, customer-facing requirements gathering, product strategy, and roadmap development. Experience managing a product backlog and writing clear product stories and supporting requirements.

Ownership: You can work directly and autonomously with clients to identify needs, takes initiative, and translates findings into actionable product direction.
