Responsible for implementation and delivery of Wealth Management solutions and process initiatives.
Acts as product and subject matter expert across multiple domains, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT.
Defines user stories, manages delivery, and aligns work with strategic business goals.
Business analysis and requirements
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to guide solution development.
- Translate business needs into system functionality with technical teams.
- Maintain a system and process enhancement roadmap aligned with Wealth Management stakeholders.
- Oversee process ownership, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
Project and process coordination
- Coordinate with operations and technology teams to improve workflows, user experiences, and process automation.
- Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to deliver agreed initiatives on time.
- Provide transparency on process changes, risks, and dependencies.
Controls and oversight
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Contribute to internal and external audits and support remediation actions.
Counterparty engagement and IT collaboration
- Liaise with external counterparties and review their services and delivery.
- Work with internal IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Mitigate risks from vendor or counterparty delays that may affect project timelines.
Product ownership
- Develop a strong understanding of Wealth Management products and processes.
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Deliver enhancements across teams and drive continuous improvement.
Experience and qualifications
- 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management operations, business support, or middle office functions.
- Exposure to governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and technology and digital platforms.
