Product Manager

5+ years’ experience in financial services with hands-on experience in regulatory reporting, ideally within liquidity reporting, with exposure to capital, financial claims or economic and financial reporting viewed favourably

Strong SQL skills and the ability to analyse, validate and investigate complex data across reporting systems, databases and data pipelines

Proven experience gathering business and data requirements, producing data mappings, conducting impact assessments and supporting delivery in data-intensive environments

A strategic and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify underlying causes of issues and drive long-term improvements in compliance-critical environments

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working alongside technical teams and a proactive interest in applying AI tools to enhance day-to-day ways of working and outcomes.
