Responsibilities
- Own the end to end lifecycle of complex FinTech products from discovery to post launch optimization
- Navigate complex financial workflows (e.g., lending, payments, supply chain finance, wealth management) while ensuring seamless UX
- Act as the bridge between Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure innovative and compliant products
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate hypotheses and measure product iteration success
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI agents and tools to automate manual processes or enhance personalization
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or financial services
- Deep FinTech domain knowledge (API integrations, ledger systems, risk scoring, regulatory frameworks)
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude) to solve product problems (strong plus)
- Technical fluency to engage in deep discussions about system architecture and data privacy
- Execution power with a history of taking a product from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 10

Role Overview
- We are seeking a high caliber, high agency Senior Product Manager to lead the next evolution of our FinTech ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in FinTech and is already experimenting with AI tools, AI Agents, and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end to end lifecycle of complex FinTech products.

- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in deep technical discussions about system architecture and data privacy.
