About This Role
Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for B2B lending products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with a proven background in B2B lending, SME finance, or credit-related fintech products.
- Deep understanding of the B2B lending lifecycle - from origination and underwriting to servicing and collections.
- Experience working with credit scoring models, data integrations, and loan management systems.
- Strong grasp of financial concepts such as risk assessment, interest calculation, and repayment structures.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes in an Agile environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL, BI dashboards, or product analytics tools).
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in fintech, embedded lending, or B2B payments ecosystems.
- Familiarity with APIs, credit bureaus, and data partners in the lending value chain.
- Exposure to financial compliance, risk frameworks, and KYC/AML processes.
- Background in startups or high-growth environments with lean, iterative development cycles.
- Strong product discovery and experimentation mindset.
- Additional languages or experience in GCC markets are a plus.
