The Product Manager role is on the Branch Programme Team and focuses on NRI banking products and business performance.
Role responsibilities
- Drive strategic business growth and acquisition.
- Own primary growth drivers, portfolio performance, and onboarding excellence.
- Lead product innovation and lifecycle management.
- Own the roadmap, market intelligence, and cross-sell strategy.
- Ensure regulatory excellence and risk management; govern frameworks and own policies.
- Lead stakeholder and ecosystem relationships and strategic liaison.
- Drive technology and process transformation and support brand presence.
- Manage financial planning and budgeting.
Requirements
- 13–15 years of work experience.
- Deep understanding of NRI banking products, FEMA regulations, and the global remittance landscape.
- Proven track record driving business numbers and managing a large-scale retail portfolio.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across sales teams, back-end technology developers, and senior leadership.
