Product Manager Enterprise Systems

In this role, you'll manage the strategy, delivery and continuous evolution of automation solutions across the enterprise systems department.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of automation products, including RPA (UiPath), workflow automation, AI‑driven automation and system‑to‑system integrations.

Working closely with business stakeholders, technology partners and delivery teams.

Importantly, you will design and deliver automation solutions that align with our corporate objectives, digital roadmap and operating model.

Partner with stakeholders to document current‑state processes and design automated future‑state processes.

Central to this collaborative role is your ability to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies and design optimised future‑state workflows that genuinely improve how the organisation operates.

This role is all about turning complexity into clarity by using automation to remove manual effort, streamline operations and unlock smarter ways of working.

Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum of 7 years experience, including at least 4 years experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ServiceNow and Oracle.

Naturally, you will possess a strong background in business analysis and process optimisation.

You’ll lead and guide cross‑functional delivery teams, setting direction, prioritising work and ensuring automation initiatives are delivered successfully.
