A central part in turning bold ideas into high-performing real estate products that align with company’s vision and evolving market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- ️ Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs
- ️ Monitor the Dubai residential and commercial real estate market
- ️ Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features
- ️ Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements
- ️ Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution
- ️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants
- ️ Ensure design and construction remain aligned with the approved product vision and quality standards
- ️ Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information
- ️ Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects
Requirements
- ️ Strategic, creative, and detail-oriented. You understand how to turn research into results, and you’re comfortable leading ideas from inception through execution.
- ️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.
- ️ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry - either in sales, marketing, or analytics - focused on residential and/or commercial properties in the business, premium, or luxury segments.
- ️ Spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- ️ Have strong skills in graphic editing software, as well as tools like MS Project and Excel, which you use to conduct research, create sketches, and develop informed recommendations.
