Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Dubai with some work-from-home flexibility, is for a Product Manager.
The candidate will oversee product lifecycle management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, and ensure the timely delivery of innovative products.
Responsibilities
include conducting market research, setting product roadmaps, managing project timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to enhance the company's offerings.
The role also requires monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and creating product roadmaps.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Business Analysis, and Competitive Analysis.
- Project Management skills, with a focus on Agile practices and milestone tracking.
- Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms, marketplace strategies, or artisan product industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze KPIs for performance improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Adaptability to a hybrid working model and ability to work collaboratively across remote and on-site teams.
