Product Manager - Auto Leasing

Job Purpose

What You'll Do

• Define and own the Auto Leasing product strategy, positioning, and roadmap aligned with Shory's business priorities.
• Drive commercial performance across revenue, transaction volumes, pricing, margins, and unit economics.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess competitor offerings in KSA.
• Translate opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, working with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver releases and improve the product.
• Shape the digital customer journey using analytics, customer feedback, and experiments to improve conversion, activation, and retention.
• Build business cases, assess investment priorities, and coordinate product launches across internal teams and external partners.
• Develop relationships with leasing and finance providers, insurers, dealerships, and aggregators, including negotiating commercial terms and monitoring service performance.
• Work with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure the product meets applicable regulatory, data protection, and Shariah requirements.
• Present product performance, commercial results, and recommendations to leadership, maintaining clear product documentation and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a business-related discipline.
• Ideally 8–10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in digital or software product management.
• Hands-on experience owning a live digital product end to end, covering discovery, requirements, prioritisation, delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Proven accountability for commercial outcomes with measurable results across revenue, transaction volumes, conversion, take rate, or unit economics.
• Strong experience working directly with engineering, design, and analytics teams in an Agile environment, including writing user stories and managing a product backlog.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining funnel and cohort metrics, running experiments, and using SQL or equivalent analytics tools.
• Commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Experience in auto leasing, auto finance, mobility, insurance, or fintech within KSA is an advantage, as is experience launching a new product from concept to market.
