Product Manager
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
· Define product vision, value proposition, and success metrics aligned to operational outcomes (speed, accuracy, reliability, user adoption).
· Own and maintain the product roadmap, release plan, and backlog; continuously prioritize based on impact, risk, effort, and dependencies.
· Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder workshops, user interviews, observation, and analysis of operational workflows.
· Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements; ensure traceability from objectives to delivered features.
· Partner with UX to define personas, journeys, and interaction models; ensure solutions meet accessibility and usability standards.
· Collaborate with engineering to evaluate solution options, trade-offs, and technical constraints; make data-informed decisions.
· Define and manage product analytics: instrumentation, dashboards, user behavior metrics, and feedback loops for iterative improvement.
· Drive readiness for releases: documentation, training materials, change management, and communications to diverse user groups.
· Coordinate cross-cutting concerns: identity and access management, audit logging, data governance, and integration with external systems.
· Manage stakeholder expectations and decision-making; facilitate prioritization sessions and maintain transparency on trade-offs.
· Support incident triage and continuous improvement by analyzing production issues, root causes, and enhancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· 7+ years in product management (or related roles) delivering complex digital platforms across web and mobile.
· Strong capability in discovery and requirement definition (user research, problem framing, writing actionable user stories).
· Experience balancing functional features with non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, latency, and offline resilience.
· Familiarity with Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capable of aligning diverse groups on priorities and outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
