Working in a fully remote, international setup, you will collaborate closely with specialists across design, BI, development, QA, and community teams. Accountabilities In this role, you will own the LiveOps and product performance strategy for one or more mobile games, ensuring continuous optimization of engagement and monetization through structured experimentation and iteration. You will act as the primary product owner for cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around KPIs, roadmap priorities, and LiveOps execution.

• Define and drive LiveOps strategy for mobile game titles, ensuring strong engagement and revenue performance
• Design, plan, and optimize in-game events, promotions, offers, and progression systems
• Continuously analyze player behavior and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Own and refine game content, including balancing, event structures, and player progression tuning
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as retention, engagement, LTV, and monetization performance
• Lead data-driven iteration cycles to enhance game systems and overall player experience
• Coordinate across BI, design, development, QA, and community teams to ensure aligned execution
• Report on performance insights, LiveOps impact, and forecasts to senior leadership
• Optimize existing game systems and core loops to maximize long-term product value

Requirements This role requires a strong product mindset combined with hands-on experience in LiveOps, mobile gaming, and data-driven optimization. You should be highly analytical, comfortable working with KPIs, and capable of driving improvements in mature game environments.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or LiveOps Manager (6+ years preferred)
• Strong experience working with mobile games, particularly casual, puzzle, or progression-based titles
• Deep understanding of game KPIs including retention, engagement, monetization, and LTV
• Proven experience in LiveOps, event design, and performance optimization using player data
• Ability to interpret user behavior and translate insights into product improvements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in remote or distributed environments
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities and drive outcomes independently
• Solid understanding of progression systems, player motivation, and game balancing principles
• Excellent communication skills, especially in asynchronous and remote collaboration contexts
• Experience optimizing existing systems rather than focusing on new feature development
