Candidate profile
- Previous experience in consumer-facing native applications and e-commerce.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort with iterative development and optimization.
- Able to take a stepped approach to building a post-booking insurance experience.
What you'll do
- Own the product team's short- and long-term roadmap, goals, and success metrics, and connect the team's work to the Insurance vision and company mission.
- Research user and partner needs through quantitative, qualitative, and market research and benchmarking, working with UX colleagues as needed.
- Prioritize requests, translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, and drive execution to completion.
- Analyze data, run experiments, and report on product performance to improve experience and business metrics.
- Act as the product team's primary information, prioritization, and decision-making contact, in coordination with the Engineering Manager.
- Choose development methodologies appropriate to product life-cycle stage and ensure high-quality user experiences with awareness of technical risks.
- Support and justify technical solutions and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
