Role facts and compensation

• The role is full-time.
• The stated salary range is CAD 96,026 to CAD 153,641.
• The regular hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• The office location is Toronto.

How you will contribute

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, release plan, and success measures for AI-enabled mortgage workflows.
• Study underwriter, broker, servicing, and operational workflows through observation, interviews, data analysis, and feedback.
• Translate business objectives, policy requirements, process steps, exceptions, and user needs into product requirements and prioritized increments.
• Lead day-to-day decisions with the Business SME and AI Engineering Lead and resolve product tradeoffs.
• Track adoption, cycle time, user effort, decision quality, exception rates, rework, satisfaction, risk, and unit cost.
• Coordinate delivery across design, engineering, data, quality, security, risk, UAT, release, training, communications, and operational readiness.
• Plan and lead validation, pilots, parallel runs, rollout, and change adoption.
• Use telemetry, evaluations, feedback, incidents, and operational data to improve workflows and inform future investment.

Required experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, design, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of progressive product management, digital product delivery, business transformation, or related experience.
• Experience owning complex workflow products from discovery through production adoption.
• Ability to translate operational workflows, policy requirements, and user needs into roadmaps, requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, design, engineering, data, quality, security, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Strong analytical skills using product, process, quality, adoption, and financial data to prioritize work and measure outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled products, probabilistic outputs, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, facilitation, written communication, and change management skills.

Preferred experience

• Experience in financial services, mortgage lending, lending operations, servicing, broker channels, third-party partnerships, or regulated technology environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted product management tools for analysis, requirements development, prioritization, or customer insight.

Working environment

• The role is based in an office environment.
• The work includes periods of high volume, tight timelines, prolonged sitting, repetitive keyboard and mouse use, and extended screen viewing.
• The role may include speaking with customers by telephone while using computer applications.
