Product Line Manager

Position summary

Product line ownership and innovation

• Plan category growth across Consumer and Foodservice channels.
• Manage assortment tracking, product lifecycle, and optimization of core, innovation, seasonal, and limited-time offerings.
• Lead innovation from insight through launch in collaboration with Culinary, Sales, and Commercialization.
• Lead launch strategies and develop briefs for communications, creative, branding, design, and marketing.

Insights and commercial strategy

• Analyze performance, customer and consumer insights, brand and category research, and market landscape to prioritize growth initiatives.
• Interpret data and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Analyst while owning analysis and strategic implications.
• Guide product-line strategy using market insights, competitive intelligence, and culinary trends.
• Lead pricing strategy and partner with Sales and Marketing on customer messaging, launch assets, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product line management, brand management, or a related strategic field.
• Strong understanding of food industry trends and customer needs; CPG or Foodservice experience is listed.
• Data-driven strategic judgment, complex project management, communication, and presentation skills are sought.

Working conditions
