Product Lead

We're hiring a Product Lead for Anthropologie!

Job Purpose

The Product Lead is responsible for assisting in the execution of the product and assortment strategy by managing the product lifecycle, monitoring sales and stock levels, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize product availability and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the product assortment strategy, ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment across all channels.
• Oversee the analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to influence product selections and buying decisions.
• Manage the coordination with suppliers, logistics, and supply chain teams to secure product readiness and timely delivery to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and stores to drive product visibility and commercial performance.
• Validate pricing architecture to support profitability targets and ensure alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
• Monitor and report on product sales, stock levels, and market performance, providing actionable insights to the Category Manager.
• Maintain accurate product data and documentation to ensure seamless stock management and system integrity.
• Gather and assess market and customer feedback to recommend improvements to future product selections and strategies.
• Lead the preparation for supplier meetings, trade exhibitions, and market visits to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six to eight years of experience in a similar role, out of which three years of experience in a managerial role.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
