Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Product Manager for a hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days.
The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products align with the organization’s vision and goals.
Responsibilities
include conducting market research, defining product strategies, managing product development, and analyzing user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring adherence to sustainability principles.
Qualifications
- Product management experience including strategy development, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and data analysis
- Proficiency in communication and project management tools, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of environmental sustainability practices and passion for environmental conservation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Experience in non-profit or social impact organizations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
