About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Engineer who uses AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar) as their primary development environment to build and ship full products at speed.
This role requires full ownership of applications end-to-end from database design to deployment, while working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack applications using React, Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) for development, iteration, and deployment
- Develop and launch MVPs and features within short timelines
- Manage complete product lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
- Integrate AI capabilities (OpenAI/Claude APIs, RAG pipelines, automation agents)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable solutions
- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability in production
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Proven experience building and delivering complete applications
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, migrations)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Ability to work independently with full ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude, RAG pipelines)
- Knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets, bots, notification systems)
- Familiarity with DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment)
- Experience in file processing and bulk data operations
- Background in solo development or small agile teams
