Product Development Analyst

Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Lead teams with Compliance, Underwriting, Legal, Sales, Claims, Actuary, and other partners to develop compliant applications and product forms.
• Maintain applications, point-of-sale forms, application databases, and state requirement grids across electronic platforms.
• Coordinate product and compliance updates with teams, vendors, producers, and third-party sites.
• Test and troubleshoot electronic sales tools and applications.
• Develop product training and provide technical product support to internal and external customers.
• Track project milestones, communicate status, drive decisions, research product initiatives, and analyze data.

• Strong project management, organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong computer and spreadsheet skills and understanding of electronic applications and digital sales tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, build consensus, and meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ability to work at the Omaha, Nebraska office in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience with insurance products, distribution channels, and compliance requirements.
• College degree.
• Experience with electronic applications, point-of-sale systems, or insurance product development.
• Special Risk experience.

Compensation

• Product Development Analyst salary is $68,000 to $87,500 annually plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Senior Product Development Analyst salary is $75,500 to $97,000 annually plus annual bonus opportunity.
