About the role

Product Designer focused on the digital consumer travel experience.

Shape how customers book and manage travel products including flights, stays, and activities.

Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn customer and business opportunities into impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points and define opportunities and problem statements.
  • Lead and support user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to discover needs and validate opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver solutions on web and mobile platforms.
  • Consider business needs, technical constraints, data, and platform requirements in design decisions.
  • Create intuitive experiences that deliver customer and business value.
  • Develop concepts and prototypes, and decide when to ideate, test, or change direction.
  • Run experiments to validate assumptions and optimize solutions.

Profile requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of consumer-focused product design experience and a record of shipped mobile and web experiences.
  • Understand product strategy, business requirements, customer needs, and pain points.
  • Plan and conduct research, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and integrate findings into design.
  • Communicate design work and complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have strong visual design skills and proficiency with design, prototyping, and whiteboarding tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
  • Have experience working with and contributing to a design system.
  • Have experience across the product design cycle, from UX research and wireframes to prototypes, implementation, and optimization.
  • Know Google Material Guidelines, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and design systems.
  • Have basic knowledge and experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Provide an online portfolio or PDF with up to three projects demonstrating design thinking and impact; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
