NeoStats is looking for Lead and Senior Product Designers for a banking client in the UAE.

The role is onsite in Dubai and supports the design of modern digital banking experiences across web, mobile, tablet, and progressive web application channels.

The Product Designer will design intuitive, secure, and high-quality digital banking journeys for customers and internal users.

The role requires strong UX/UI capability, practical understanding of digital product delivery, and experience working in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services environments.

The selected candidates will work closely with product owners, business teams, engineering teams, AI specialists, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

The Lead Product Designer will also provide design direction, review design quality, guide design decisions, and support alignment across stakeholders.

The Senior Product Designer will be expected to execute independently on complex journeys and contribute strong craft, research, and problem-solving skills.

· Design end-to-end digital banking journeys across mobile, web, tablet, and PWA channels.

· Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

· Apply strong visual design principles, including layout, typography, spacing, iconography, interaction design, and responsive behavior.

· Design clear information architecture covering screen structures, navigation, content hierarchy, forms, and user flows.

· Create pragmatic designs that can be implemented effectively by engineering teams.

· Design conversational UX, AI-assisted journeys, prompt-led interfaces, and agentic user experiences.

· Work with AI engineers and product teams to simplify complex AI interactions into usable customer and employee experiences.

· Ensure AI-enabled journeys are transparent, easy to understand, and aligned with user needs.

Research and Validation

· Conduct or support user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and design validation.

· Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.

· Present insights, design rationale, and recommendations clearly to business and technology stakeholders.

Collaboration and Delivery

· Partner with product managers, business analysts, engineering teams, QA, and client stakeholders.

· Work within design systems and contribute reusable patterns where required.

· Ensure designs account for accessibility, responsiveness, performance, security, and implementation constraints.

· Support engineering teams during build, review, testing, and release readiness.

· Provide design leadership across multiple digital journeys or product areas.

· Review and guide the work of other designers.

· Drive consistency across interaction patterns, design systems, and product experience.

· Manage design stakeholder discussions and help resolve design trade-offs.

· Ensure design outputs are clear, complete, and ready for implementation.

· 5–8 years of product design experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or regulated digital product environments.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products.

· Experience designing digital banking, fintech, payments, onboarding, servicing, or customer self-service journeys.

· Strong command of:

o Layout and visual hierarchy

o Typography and spacing

o Iconography

o Micro-interactions

o Responsive design

o Modern digital design patterns

· Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications.

· Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, user research, and insight presentation.

· Familiarity with conversational UX, AI-assisted workflows, and prompt-led interfaces.

· Understanding of frontend technologies and constraints, especially web and mobile implementation considerations.

· Experience working with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in agile delivery environments.

· Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions with clarity.

· Experience designing for financial services in the UAE or wider Middle East market.

· Familiarity with design systems for banking or enterprise digital platforms.

· Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design.

· Exposure to AI-enabled customer journeys, digital assistants, chat interfaces, or agentic workflows.

· Experience working with distributed consulting or client delivery teams.

· Digital banking journeys are clear, usable, visually consistent, and ready for engineering delivery.

· Designs reduce friction in customer and internal user journeys.

· Prototypes and design specifications help accelerate engineering delivery.

· Design decisions are supported by user research, usability insights, and practical implementation understanding.

· Stakeholders have confidence in the design direction and delivery quality.
