About The Job
The Cards Product Management Specialist will be responsible for driving the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management, covering both core and co-branded products, with a focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth, improved customer engagement, and portfolio profitability while ensuring full regulatory compliance; the role includes end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution— from defining CVPs and launching products to optimizing performance—alongside managing co-brand partnerships, fulfilling contractual obligations, and maximizing sponsorship value through integrated product and marketing strategies, while acting as a central coordinator across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Sponsorship Partnership Management
- Support in managing the relationship with the sponsorship partner
- Support in ensuring contractual obligations is fulfilled, including branding exposure, asset utilization, and milestone delivery.
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, and product teams to align sponsorship terms with business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, analytics) and external vendors.
- Facilitate steering committees and milestone meetings with senior management to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support campaign development and execution. Product Development
- Lead the design and rollout of innovative card products tailored to market needs.
- Define product value propositions (CVPs) and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, compliance) to ensure successful product launches
- Guide and support in executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products in alignment with consumer banking strategy.
- Supports the commercialization of new products and launch of new products and solutions, by recommending pricing, providing sales tools and training the sales team to ensure knowledge transfer resulting in successful sales in partnership with acquisitions
- Develop strong bonds with clients that endure beyond a particular assignment, serves as a go-to resource for client staff, is sought out for knowledge of industry and firm
- Identify new business opportunities to support clients.
- Manage integration with card processing systems, switches, and vendors.
- Provide technical support for card applications and resolve operational issues
- Ensure seamless delivery of regulatory changes and compliance adherence Asset Leveraging & Campaign Development
- Identify opportunities to activate sponsorship assets (e.g., branding rights, experiences) across cardholder segments.
- Develop compelling campaign concepts that integrate sponsorship elements to boost card usage and engagement.
- Prepare business cases, creative briefs, and customer communication plans for each campaign. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs (e.g., spend uplift, activation rates, engagement metrics).
- Coordinate with analytics teams to extract insights and optimize future campaigns.
- Report progress to stakeholders and adjust strategies based on performance outcomes. KPIs
- Sales and Acquisition growth
- Spend, ENR and Revenue growth from card products

Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience of product launches, CVP development, SAMA regulations knowledg
• Mandatory: Co-brand Partner Relationship Management
- Mandatory: Profitability and cost optimization
- Mandatory: Knowledge of cards (Debit, Credit and Prepaid) profitability and key metrics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments.
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
