في السوق. وعشان نوصل للقمة، نحتاج "عقلية تصميمية" تفهم كيف تحول سلة المشتريات إلى رحلة سهلة، سريعة، وذكية.

سوق الريتيل في السعودية له طابع خاص، والعميل عندنا ذكي ويدور الجودة والراحة. إحنا عندنا فريق UI/UX مبدع، لكن نحتاجك كـ
Product Designer
- لتمسك زمام الاستراتيجية؛ تربط بين رغبات العميل "اللي يبي مقاضيه توصل بأسرع وقت" وبين أهدافنا كشركة تبي تتوسع وتسيطر على السوق.
- أنت الشخص اللي ندور عليه إذا كنت:
- **ابن السوق:**
- فاهم ثقافة "المقاضي" في السوق المحلي وعارف إيش اللي يخلي العميل يفضل تطبيق عن غيره.
- **مهووس بالبيانات:**
- ما تصمم بناءً على المزاج، بل تحلل سلوك المستخدم، وتعرف وين يتردد العميل قبل ما يضغط "إتمام الدفع".
- **صاحب رؤية:**
- تقدر تشوف الصورة الكبيرة لـ كيو بعد سنتين، وتعرف كيف نبني ميزات تخلينا سابقين المنافسين بخطوات.
- **شريك تقني:**
- تتكلم لغة المبرمجين وتفهم كيف تبني تجربة سلسة بدون ما تعقد التنفيذ.
- إيش راح تسوي معنا؟
- قيادة رحلة العميل داخل التطبيق من "البحث" وحتى "استلام الطلب عند الباب".
- ابتكار حلول تصميمية ترفع من نسبة الولاء (Retention) وتخلي "كيو" هو الخيار الأول.
- العمل مع فريق UI/UX لضمان أن كل لمسة في التطبيق تعكس هوية "كيو" القوية.
- تحليل رحلة التسوق (User Journey) وتفكيك التعقيدات لتصبح تجربة بـ "ضغطة زر".
- المتطلبات التقنية (Technical Skills):
- **الخبرة:**
- 3-5 سنوات في تصميم المنتجات الرقمية (أولوية لمن لديه خبرة في تطبيقات التجارة الإلكترونية).
- **الأدوات:**
- احتراف تام لبرنامج
Figma
- (بناء الأنظمة التصميمية Design Systems والتحريك Prototyping).
- **البيانات:**
- القدرة على التعامل مع أدوات التحليل (مثل Hotjar أو Mixpanel) لفهم أين يواجه العميل صعوبات.
- **المنهجية:**
- إتقان الـ Design Thinking من مرحلة البحث وحتى الاختبار والتحسين.
- **الثقافة التقنية:**
- فهم جيد لأساسيات الـ Frontend وقيود تطبيقات الـ iOS والـ Android.
- المهارات الشخصية (Soft Skills):
- **الإنجاز والشغف بالتنفيذ:**
- حرص كامل وعالٍ جداً على خروج الفكرة أو الميزة بالشكل المطلوب وبالجودة المتوقعة، مع الالتزام التام بالسرعة المطلوبة لمواكبة سوق الريتيل.
- **عقلية حل المشكلات:**
- ما توقف عند "هذا التصميم ما يضبط"، بل تبحث عن بدائل وحلول إبداعية توازن بين تجربة العميل ومصلحة البزنس.
- **التواصل الفعّال:**
- القدرة على شرح "لماذا" اخترنا هذا التصميم وإقناع أصحاب القرار والمبرمجين بوجهة نظرك.
- **الوعي الثقافي المحلي:**
- فهم عميق للهجة، العادات، وتفضيلات المستهلك في السعودية (وهذا شرط أساسي عندنا في كيو).
- **المرونة والسرعة:**
- نحن في شركة تتحرك بسرعة البرق، نحتاج شخصاً يتكيف مع التغييرات ويحب بيئة العمل الديناميكية.
- **التعاون والروح الجماعية:**
- ستعمل في قلب "كيو" مع فريق التقنية، العمليات، والتسويق؛ لذا بروح الفريق الواحد نصنع المستحيل.

- بتشتغل في قطاع الـ Grocery، وهو أصعب وأمتع قطاع في التجارة الإلكترونية حالياً.

- **بيئة "نمو":**
- إحنا في مرحلة توسع كبرى، يعني الفرصة قدامك لتكبر وتصير قائد في هذا المجال.
