Role

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; create BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies and participate in solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
• Drive stakeholder communication, requirement sign-offs, and process improvements.

Required skills and experience

• Requires 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Requires strong requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management expertise, plus Agile/Scrum experience.
• Requires hands-on Jira and Confluence experience and strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication, ability to break down features, and ability to prioritize by business requirements.

Preferred qualifications

• SAFe PO certification can be mentioned as preferred.
• Product-based organization experience is preferred.
• Exposure to API integrations, process modeling, and system design is preferred.
• Travel or airline domain experience is an added advantage.
