Role overview

Accountabilities

• Analyze airline-customer and Product Manager requirements, propose functional solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and refine requirements with customers.
• Acquire datasets aligned with business needs and write product specifications, functional studies, and developer documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to keep implementation aligned with specifications.
• Participate in product validation and fine-tune solutions; maintain software and production integrity.
• Write test plans, execute test cases, conduct end-to-end testing, and validate airline brush tests against expected behavior.
• Ensure data-pipeline quality, implement data-quality checks, and create data-validation methods and analysis tools.
• Create business-intelligence reports and dashboards; use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Support airlines and end users during acceptance, debug existing solutions with product colleagues, and assist implementation teams.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and relevant software-development lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a bonus.
• Data-modeling experience and airline-business knowledge are pluses.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
