About the role
The Data Analyst will work directly with the co-founders and own metrics, models, and dashboards that support company decisions.
What you'll do
- Define company KPIs and ensure teams calculate them consistently.
- Build data models and dashboards from call, debt, and payment data.
- Automate invoicing for banks across currencies with a self-running pipeline.
- Design and analyze experiments to identify genuine recovery lift.
- Investigate anomalous numbers, find root causes, and fix issues at their source.
Who you are
- Highly analytical and precise, with experience building business-critical metrics and models.
- Fluent in SQL and Python.
- Have a STEM degree and were top of your class.
- Use AI to automate and streamline work while rigorously controlling quality.
- Collections or fintech experience is not required; the employer says it will teach the domain.
