About This Role
Role Purpose
The Procurement Supervisor will support project operations by managing day-to-day procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
The role focuses on project-based and site procurement, ensuring timely sourcing, supplier coordination, material availability, and smooth support for project execution requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement activities for ongoing project and site requirements
- Manage RFQs, quotation comparisons, supplier negotiations, and purchase orders
- Follow up on project material deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Support project teams to ensure smooth procurement operations aligned with project schedules
- Coordinate directly with site engineers, project managers, and warehouse teams
- Source construction materials and services based on project specifications and operational needs
- Monitor procurement status and maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong site procurement experience is mandatory
- Experience in roads, utilities, civil, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Good understanding of construction materials and project procurement workflows
- Previous Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
