Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities from requisition to purchase order and contract award.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct commercial evaluations.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bid evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Monitor procurement spend, cost savings, and procurement KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide procurement support.
- Prepare procurement reports, market analysis, and management presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Procurement Specialist:**
- 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
- **Senior Procurement Specialist:**
- 5–8+ years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong experience in sourcing, tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
- Knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
