• Procurement Specialist Role - Rail - 4 month contract
• We are seeking experienced 5 profiles across the following categories: ·
• Permanent Way & Reliability: Track, civil infrastructure, yellow plant, asset reliability & maintenance, logistics ·
• Systems, Facilities & Operations: Signaling, telecom, power systems, depots, network operations, service design ·
• Freight Operations & Maintenance: Terminals, rolling stock maintenance, heavy equipment, freight asset performance ·
• Mobility & Passenger Services: Stations, passenger trains, ticketing, AFC systems, onboard services, mobility support ·
• Corporate Services: HR, training, HSEQ, admin, insurance, finance, legal
• Role Overview ·
• The selected candidates will lead complex sourcing initiatives, execute category strategies, and drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• The role also includes delivering procurement analytics and insights, as well as acting as a delegate to the Procurement Manager when required.
• Candidate Requirements ·
• Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience, preferably within infrastructure, rail, mobility, facilities, or related sectors ·
• Demonstrated experience managing high-value, complex contracts within relevant categories ·
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent) or Supply Chain Management ·
• Strong capabilities in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and risk management
• Professional certifications such as CIPS/MCIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred Additional Expectations · Availability for immediate or short-notice mobilization ·
• Ability to operate within structured, compliance-driven environments ·
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Duration of the Services § Engagement Duration will be 4 months, which can be extended upon request.
