Job Purpose
To procure materials, equipment, subcontractor services, and consumables for Landscape, Solar Energy, Pharmaceutical, Facility Management, MEP etc projects while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source materials, products and equipment as per project requirements.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, projects, stores, and finance teams for procurement planning.
- Procure landscape materials (plants, irrigation, hardscape), solar equipment (PV panels, inverters, structures, cables), pharmaceutical, FM consumables, MEP materials and supplies etc
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material quality.
- Maintain approved supplier database and develop new vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages.
- Verify invoices, delivery notes, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, company policies, and applicable standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and support cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum **5 years** of procurement experience in Landscape, Solar, Facility Management, MEP, Construction, or Pharmaceutical .
