**Location:** Mogadishu, Somalia
**Salary:** $1,500
Key Responsibilities
✔ Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
✔ Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
✔ Evaluate suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
✔ Coordinate with project teams to forecast procurement needs.
✔ Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to avoid project delays.
✔ Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
✔ Prepare and submit procurement reports to the Procurement Manager or Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software tools
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
- Preferred: Experience in international construction projects
