Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing to support our operations. AutoCAD experience is a plus, as it will support project-related requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best terms of purchase (price, quality, delivery).
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain and update supplier databases, purchase records, and reports.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Support project-related tasks where AutoCAD knowledge may be utilized.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role (preferably in logistics/supply chain).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of procurement software/tools is an advantage.

Other Requirements

AutoCAD experience is a plus.
