Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Specialist for our contracting company, which specializes in luxury villas and high-end interior fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the UAE market, strong supplier relationships, and the ability to procure materials efficiently while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure construction and interior fit-out materials, finishes, FF&E, MEP items, and subcontractor services.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely procurement and avoid project delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with UAE suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of UAE procurement experience in a contracting company.
- Prior experience handling luxury villa and high-end interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, materials, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
