Aubaine Foods seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist with a background in the UAE chocolate and confectionery industry.

Responsibilities
- Source and procure chocolate manufacturing raw materials, including cocoa products, fats, fillings, nuts, and dairy ingredients, as well as packaging materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, pricing, contracts, and purchasing schedules.
- Optimize costs while meeting quality and production requirements.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams to maintain uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and market price fluctuations.
Requirements
- Previous procurement experience in the chocolate or confectionery manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market and sourcing channels.
- An established network of raw material and packaging suppliers.
- Good understanding of chocolate ingredients, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management skills.
- Experience with international sourcing and imports is an advantage.
