The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role promotes chocolate products across retail, foodservice, and private label channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities and support sales campaigns.
- Conduct market research, coordinate marketing materials and content, and manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor brand visibility, assist with product launches, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare regular reports for data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Develop and implement market planning and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong market research skills, including data collection, analysis, and insight generation.
- Support sales activities including promotions, customer presentations, and lead follow-up.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Be proficient with CRM systems, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in FMCG, food, or confectionery industries is an advantage.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
