About This Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our manager/executive. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails: respond, pass on messages, or highlight for manager’s attention.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and control access to the manager/executive.
- Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organize events and conferences.
- Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain databases and filing systems.
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collate and file expenses.
- Coordination with drivers
- Provide support to HR, finance, maintenance, and operations departments.
- Support corporate governance reporting and conduct research as required.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, depending on sector and remit.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Prior experience as a PA/EA is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
