Full Job Posting

Procurement execution

  • Execute end-to-end procurement across an allocated portfolio of materials, equipment, or services.
  • Manage the PR-to-PO lifecycle, keeping ERP entries and documentation accurate and timely.
  • Manage RFQs, obtain quotations, support technical and commercial evaluations, and prepare award recommendations for leadership endorsement.
  • Maintain complete audit-ready records in Oracle ERP and negotiate optimal commercial terms using data-driven negotiation and strategic sourcing.

Portfolio and category management

  • Own procurement strategy for assigned business units or categories and contribute to category plans.
  • Provide market, price, and availability insights during complex contract negotiations, supporting risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Connect operational procurement with contracts and category teams to identify out-of-contract trends and expand contract coverage or improve commerciality.
  • Track third-party spend, identify value or budget leakages, and seek specification standardization and purchase-volume consolidation.

Stakeholder and supplier engagement

  • Serve as procurement focal point for assigned categories or operational areas and coordinate with legal, finance, operations, supply chain, and contract management.
  • Provide procurement insights for cross-functional decisions and influence stakeholders to drive standardization and demand clustering.
  • Communicate procurement timelines, risks, and progress; escalate supplier delays, unclear specifications, and pricing deviations.
  • Engage suppliers and agencies on quotations, clarifications, negotiations, onboarding, performance, delivery, and documentation.

Improvement, compliance, and team support

  • Propose procurement process and system improvements, including transaction reduction, demand and freight consolidation, and greater contract utilization.
  • Participate in internal training, system enhancements, and process optimization; maintain awareness of procurement best practices and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, HSE requirements, legal standards, ethical expectations, and audit documentation requirements.
  • Use Oracle for tracking and reporting; monitor contract ceiling values, committed spend, and procurement KPIs.
  • Share sourcing, ERP, and documentation knowledge; support onboarding of junior or new colleagues and contribute to team learning.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • CIPS certification or working toward certification is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency in procurement and sourcing, bidding and tendering, data analytics, market research and intelligence, supplier relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • The source description cuts off while listing behavioral proficiency, so further qualifications are not available.
