Responsibilities
- Manage purchase requisitions, RFQs, sourcing, quotation comparisons, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.
- Handle recurring and project procurement across categories, including equipment, materials, products, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation; follow supplier orders, production, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate cargo, delivery requirements, and timelines with Logistics and the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator.
- Track supplier performance, costs, delivery status, procurement records, and risks; identify savings opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, commercial awareness, and cost-control skills.
- Strong documentation and communication skills; organized and able to manage multiple requirements.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency and construction/project procurement experience are advantageous.
Preferred qualification
- A bachelor's degree is listed under preferred qualifications.
