Role Overview

Liaise with suppliers, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain accurate records using procurement systems such as ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate terms and prepare purchase orders in line with company requirements.
- Coordinate with stores, finance, and operations teams to manage inventory and procurement schedules.
- Track orders, handle delivery issues, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP or inventory systems.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local regulations, including VAT and audit requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles in the UAE.
- Proficiency in ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local procurement laws and practices; UAE experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay
- Pay starts from AED 1.00 per month.
